The previous system, which had been in place for two decades, could not fulfil the growth requirements. The new system includes an automated warehouse for small parts and in-sourced logistics services that focus on employee engagement. It reduces logistics costs, optimises space and has a modular design for scalability. A live demonstration highlights operational efficiencies and employee training.
