A learning journey is a two-year series of 24 events where best practice companies are visited. For interested companies, on-site participation as well as digital participation of the best practice companies is possible.

WHY SHOULD I APPLY FOR THE SCHOLARSHIP?
The scholarship gives students the opportunity to gain unique, digital insights into the factories and working methods of best practice companies. You have the chance to expand your knowledge and get to know the employers of the future.
WHAT DOES THE SCHOLARSHIP INCLUDE?
Each scholarship holder receives online access to the management learning journey, which includes participation in 12 two-day management sessions. These are hosted by the best practice companies and the content is designed by them.
Participants will gain exclusive insights into the factories of the future.
