Conditions of Participation for the Learning Journey Scholarship
1. General
The Learning Journey Scholarship is an initiative of Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH and its partner companies. It allows students who are interested in factories of the future the chance to win a scholarship, regardless of academic performance, gender and social background. The company Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH will award 100 scholarships in the form of digital participation in 12 learning journey events over two years with a value of 2388,- €. Cash payment is not possible. The selection of the scholarship holders will be made by a jury of Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH and its partner companies.
2. Registration
Registration in the participation form on www.share2perform.de/lernreise-stipendium is free of charge. Registration does not automatically entitle you to receive a scholarship from Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH or its participating partner companies. All persons who are interested in the factories of the future and are enrolled students in the winter semester 2021/2022 are eligible to participate. The events will be held in German.
2.1 Change in registration requirements
In case of termination or change of the indicated study program, Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH must be informed at stipendium@macils.de. Access will then be passed on to another applicant. At the end of the study program, the scholarship holder has the possibility to acquire a company-related participation. In this case, stipendium@macils.de should be contacted. In case of violation, the access will be charged.
3. Awarding procedure of the scholarships
3.1 Transmission of applications
The Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH provides the participating partner companies with the applications received for their scholarship. In addition to the answers to the questions, the details of the applicant profile are also sent to the respective partner company.
3.2 Selection of the scholarship holders
The scholarship holders are selected by Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH and its partner companies and notified.
3.3 Publication
The selected scholarship holders will be notified by e-mail. Within two weeks, the scholarship holders must report back to Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH within two weeks. If the feedback is not received within 14 days, the scholarship place will be forfeited and passed on to another candidate from the list of applicants.
3.4 Other
The scholarship does not give rise to any legal claim to the number, organisers (best practice partners) or periods of the learning journey events. In individual cases, the organisers of events may reject participants without giving reasons. We will make every effort to offer alternative events in this case.
4. Data privacy
4.1 General
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We are aware that it is extremely important to the participants in this campaign that all personal data that they submit to us is handled with particular sensitivity.
4.2 Personal data
Applicants should not enter personal data in fields other than those provided and marked for this purpose. Each applicant is responsible for what information they enter in their profile. Personal contact details will not be published. The profile (including personal contact details) and the answers to the questions may be sent to the partner companies. The Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH further guarantees that the stored data will be used exclusively within the framework of the project initiative.

5. Scholarship application
5.1 Publication and dissemination of the scholarship application
By registering on www.share2perform.de, the applicant agrees to the forwarding of his/her application to the partner companies. In addition to the answers to the questions, the application also contains the information in the personal profile and uploaded documents. The Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH and its participating partner companies reserve the right to continue to use the details of those who have won a scholarship, with the exception of their contact details of course, in the course of reporting, even after the scholarships have been awarded.
5.2 Correctness of the information in the profile
By providing personal data and completing the application form, participants guarantee the accuracy and completeness of their information.
The creation of multiple applications is expressly prohibited.
5.3 Deletion of scholarship applications
At the express request of the applicant, Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH will delete the scholarship application and personal data submitted by the applicant. The data stored by Macils. Management-Centrum GmbH will be deleted promptly in this case. A query or deletion of the participant data can be requested at stipendium@macils.de.
