The autonomous test cell represents the hardware basis for the implementation of AI methods and an automation of a test process at Sennheiser. The test cell will be able to perform automated tests on printed circuit boards. Printed circuit boards, product carriers, transport boxes are moved by a collaborative robot. The delivery and removal of products and the required tools will be realised in a further step via driverless transport systems (AGVs). The automation will be realised in several sub-steps. Likewise, the subteam intelligent PCB inspection and the intelligent pattern and position recognition will be enabled to realise and optimise their AI algorithms on the real system.
