Become a TPM practitioner!
The TPM Instructor training is divided into three modules (5-6 days each).
Each module is certified individually - In module 1 you become a TPM practitioner.
The training is conducted and certified by the TPM Institute and has a seal of approval from Kempten University of Applied Sciences.
The training takes place in a practical way in the factory of a member company of the institute..

Main topics Module 1
Day 0: Arrival and from 16:00 Introduction
Day 1: Basic concept TPM, Kaizen / CIP (Pillar 1)
Day 2: SMED - Set-up time optimisation (Pillar 1)
Day 3: Autonomous maintenance part 1 (pillar 2)
Day 4: Autonomous Maintenance Part 2 (Pillar 2)
Day 5: Planned Maintenance - Overarching Methods (Pillar 3)
Eight weeks time for a personal TPM project in your own company
Day 6: Final event with examination and ceremonial award of certificate combined with a best practice visit.
Your skills after the course: After completing the training you will be able to create a more productive company and work culture. You have in-depth application knowledge in all relevant TPM and Lean methods. You will quickly recognise optimisation potential and be able to apply the methods to increase efficiency in practice.

Outlook for modules 2 and 3
The overall training comprises 3 modules. Upon completion of the 3rd module, you will receive the TPM Instructor certificate. The overall training is based on the training of the JIPM (Japan Institute of Plant Maintenance JIPM).
All modules are extremely practical:

The procedure is worked out analytically and not predetermined

At least 2 trainers are available for each unit and offer optimal guidance for the participants.

Small groups of between 4 and 6 participants enable efficient, practical work.

The entire course takes place at a host company and includes few exercises in the seminar room but has its focus on practical application on site.
