BLOCK 1: BASIC TRAINING (3 DAYS)
Day 1: The basic idea and many practical examples
Day 2: Processes in focus - process mapping
Day 3: Starting own focus projects ... Agile tools & SCRUM, problem-solving techniques, working with KPI's.
All participants are now able to start their own project.
SUPPLEMENTARY: IMPLEMENT YOUR OWN PROJECT IN PRACTICE (period 4-6 WEEKS).
Accompanying the training, each participant implements a project in his or her own environment. For this purpose, you will receive support in defining the objectives and, if required, also in implementing the methods learned.
BLOCK 2: SOCIAL COMPETENCE (2 DAYS)
How do we carry out change processes positively, how do we win over other people, how do we deal with skepticism and resistance?
In the second block, you will learn the most important basics and practice the necessary skills in learning situations. How do we carry out change processes positively, how do we win over others
BLOCK 3: EXCELLENCE DAY (1 day of best practice sharing).
Live day at a best practice company
Presentation of the projects - exchange of experiences - impulses - presentation of the successes together with the own manager
